Hi! Thank you for being here. I am a licensed clinical social worker, certified in perinatal mental health. I support women navigating motherhood at every stage- including healing old wounds before entering motherhood, pregnancy, and everything that follows. Many mother’s find themselves putting their mental health last due to the inability to find flexible, accessible therapy. I created Olifant Therapeutic to fit therapy into your life, in whatever way works during this season of life.

Outside of the therapy space, I am a mom of two, an avid reader and enjoy taking my dogs on long walks. I live with my family in the south suburbs of Chicago.
